For individual, direct reservations :

3 days/72 hours before arrival date (arrival date starts at 0h00) : free of charge
Less than 3 days/72 hours before arrival date (check-in starts at 0h00) : 1st night to be paid

Non-refundable; a conscious choice

A non-refundable (non-refundable) booking is an agreement where the guest buys a discount in return for not being allowed to cancel or change their booking. The beauty of this non-refundable offer, is that it is a non-committal choice. It is a conscious and voluntary choice by the guest not to be able to cancel or change the stay in exchange for a discount.

When booking through external booking sites:

If you book via an external website, you are bound by the cancellation conditions stated on it. Changes or cancellations of reservations will also have to be made through that portal.
